The Property Coaching® Process
1. Definition of budget and needs
Initially, the characteristics of the desired property are identified, and the prospective buyer is helped to define what price they can afford based on their savings and borrowing capacity, in a 20-minute meeting.

2. Searching for the right property
Our catalog features the finest properties in Mexico City. We've conducted thorough research on the real estate market and always prioritize the buyer's peace of mind.
When we add a property to our catalog, we conduct a thorough technical and legal review. We investigate:
If the house and building comply with regulations and have passed the relevant inspections (we have a team of DROs and experts who can issue safety reports)
That the work progresses within reasonable timeframes
That the developer has a track record of very good quality and delivery times
That the seller actually has the power to sell the property

3. Contractual aspects
The Property Coach® also provides guidance throughout the contract signing process. They review the contract with the client, answer any questions, and handle all the necessary paperwork for the notary.

4. Financing

How much does the Property Coach® service cost?
The cost of a Property Coach service depends primarily on the complexity of the home search. Most importantly, the buyer does not pay for these services; the Property Coach® is paid by the seller of the property .
