We helped a friend find one million pesos!

And I thought I'd seen it all: I recently sat down with a friend for coffee, and he asked me to help him find an apartment to invest some capital he had saved.

It turns out my friend wanted to receive a monthly income of around $20,000, and he asked me for advice on investing in real estate, which has a history of extraordinary returns in recent years.
